We are pleased to welcome you and have you as our guests at our Residence. Here is some information for a pleasant stay. Our reception is open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Outside the reception, you will find a video intercom that is always connected to our mobile phones. We will respond at any time during your stay. Please do not hesitate to contact us for any request. Check-in: from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m., unless otherwise agreed with the Management. Check-out: the apartment must be vacated by 10 a.m. for proper cleaning. For departures before 9 a.m., check-out procedures (payment, tourist tax, any extras) must be completed by 6 p.m. on the day before departure. Please tidy up the kitchen, collect the garbage, and place it in the recycling bins located in a corner of the parking area. The pool (1.50m deep) is open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. A swim cap is not required, but you must shower before entering. It is forbidden to bring balls, air mattresses, inflatables, or any other flotation devices that are not safety protections. Any games in the water, diving, shouting, or loud noises are prohibited to ensure peace for all. Inside the facility, guests are asked to always maintain behavior that does not disturb the peace of other guests and to respect quiet hours from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m. Brief visits from relatives and/or friends are allowed upon prior notice to the reception. However, for public safety and insurance reasons, the use of the private pool, gym, and bicycles is exclusively reserved for guests staying at the residence. The Management Regulation
